Le Tractato de Naivasha es un accordo de pace que era signite le 9 de januario 2005[1] inter le Movimento Popular de Liberation de Sudan (MPLS) e le governamento de Sudan.[2] Le tractato finiva le Secunde Guerra Civil Sudanese.[3]Le scopo del tractato, inter alia, era apportar pace al region[3], disveloppamento de un system democratic de repartir moneta gainita per le vendita de petroleo[4], autonomia al Sud-Sudan[3] e un referendum de independentia in futuro[3]. Le tractato era incorigiate per Autoritate Intergovernamental por le Disveloppamento.[4]
